4 lessons course / Skating Dojo - Tempelhofer Feld
Starting from zero or returning to skates after years away requires a structured approach. This program is designed to take the guesswork out of inline skating and build your confidence from the ground up. Instead of just rolling and hoping for the best, we focus strictly on the core mechanics needed to move safely and efficiently. We break down proper posture, balance, and stride technique so you understand exactly how your body and skates work together. You will learn essential braking methods, how to control your speed, and the correct way to handle unpredictable urban surfaces. The objective is simple: to provide you with a solid, reliable foundation so you can navigate the city with complete control. What we cover in this class: Proper stance, balance, and weight distribution. Forward stride mechanics and efficiency. Safe stopping techniques for different situations. How to fall safely and get back up. Overcoming common fears and building muscle memory.
