In this class, we move beyond basic strides and dive deep into the biomechanics of movement. We break down how head positioning, shoulder rotation, and precise weight distribution dictate your trajectory. You will learn the mechanics behind advanced flatland tricks, focusing heavily on deep edge control to link movements seamlessly. The objective is to change the way you interact with the pavement, turning standard skating into a continuous, fluid motion. What we cover in this class: Advanced edge control and precise body positioning. The biomechanics of weight transfer and rotational momentum.
